Services
Used for finding surface/near surface defects in ferromagnetic material, Magnetic Particle testing (MT) is a versatile inspection method used for field and shop applications.
Penetrant testing is used for finding surface breaking discontinuities on relatively smooth, nonporous surfaces.
Digitizing film allows you to access your film, reports and LEM’s quickly and easily.
Traditional Ultrasonic inspection uses high frequency sound energy to conduct examinations and perform measurements.
Radiography is utilized to examine components for internal anomalies and overall integrity. Our mobile darkrooms are compliant with the Canada Nuclear Safety Commission regulations and are fully outfitted to operate in any work environment including fabrication shops, pipelines, and facilities.
Hardness testing measures a materials strength by determining resistance to penetration. Our Technicians at Titan follow an approved procedure to conduct measurements referencing the Brinell, Vickers or Rockwell standards.
TITAN’s ART Crawler services utilize Digital Radiography (DR) to screen for Internal Corrosion and Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) in insulated and uninsulated aboveground piping and pipelines with no need to remove insulation or product from the lines.
